******** ANNOUNCEMENT – PATENT ALLOWANCE *******

It is our pleasure to announce that Modular Security Systems, Inc. (“MSSI”) has been notified of the Notice of Allowance for U.S. Patent Application 10/992,126.  The patent application is entitled Containerized Access Control Systems (see attachment).  We want to ensure our customers that the patent allowance WILL NOT impact our product pricing, product quality or customer service.  We remain committed to being a low cost solution for managing access to your sites, and we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional customer service. 

As a courtesy, we would like to inform you of our belief that products are being distributed that are apparently covered by the claims of our allowed patent application.  Upon issuance of our patent, MSSI intends to enforce its rights against entities we believe to be infringing any issued claims, including manufacturers, sellers and purchasers that use any covered products .
